Leadership Development that actually changes behaviour

Most leadership training fades within weeks. We build programmes around observable habits, peer accountability, and real organisational challenges — so the growth sticks long after the workshops end.

How we approach leadership development differently

We replaced the lecture-and-leave model with a four-phase cycle that keeps leaders accountable for months, not hours. Each phase builds on observable workplace behaviour rather than abstract theory.

Diagnose

We interview stakeholders, review 360-degree data, and shadow leaders in live settings to surface the specific habits that hold the organisation back. No generic competency frameworks — only what matters here.

Design

Every programme is architected around three to five target behaviours chosen by the leadership cohort themselves. Content, exercises, and peer-challenge pairs are built to shift those exact behaviours.

Embed

Over eight to twelve weeks, participants practice new habits in real work. Fortnightly micro-sessions, manager check-ins, and a shared tracking dashboard keep momentum high and drift low.

Measure

We re-survey stakeholders and compare observable behaviour against baseline scores. You see exactly what changed, what didn't, and where to invest next. No vague satisfaction surveys.

Programmes we deliver

Each programme can run as a standalone engagement or connect into a multi-year leadership architecture. Cohorts range from six to twenty-four participants.

Emerging leaders intensive

A twelve-week programme for high-potential individual contributors stepping into their first management role. Participants learn to delegate with clarity, give feedback that lands, and manage former peers without losing trust. Includes a live 360 at week one and week twelve.

Senior team alignment

Designed for executive teams that need to stop competing and start co-leading. We facilitate candid strategy sessions, build shared decision-making protocols, and coach each member on how their leadership style either enables or blocks collective progress.

Culture-shift sprints

When a merger, restructure, or crisis demands rapid cultural change, this six-week sprint equips middle managers to model new norms visibly. We pair each manager with a behaviour coach and run weekly retrospectives to track adoption across the organisation.

Board-level coaching

One-to-one and small-group coaching for non-executive directors and board chairs. Sessions focus on strategic questioning, constructive challenge, and the subtle dynamics that determine whether a board governs or merely rubber-stamps.

Measured outcomes, not anecdotes

We track behavioural change with hard data. Here are four recent engagements and what the numbers showed.

Financial services — Edinburgh

Reducing decision bottlenecks in a growing fintech

Forty-two middle managers completed the emerging leaders intensive. Stakeholder surveys showed a measurable shift in delegation and decision speed within the first quarter.

Building psychological safety across clinical leads

A senior team alignment engagement with eighteen clinical leads. Post-programme, staff reporting "safe to speak up" rose significantly, and inter-department referral disputes dropped.

Post-acquisition culture integration

After acquiring a competitor, the leadership team used our culture-shift sprint to unify two very different management styles. Within six weeks, voluntary attrition among acquired staff halved.

Coaching a first-time board chair

Twelve sessions over six months helped a founder-turned-chair shift from operational control to strategic governance. Board meeting effectiveness scores from directors rose markedly.

Questions we hear often

If your question isn't here, use the form below and we will respond within one working day.

Most engagements span eight to sixteen weeks. The culture-shift sprint is intentionally shorter at six weeks. Board coaching usually runs for six to twelve months with sessions every fortnight. We tailor duration to the complexity of the behavioural change you need.
Yes. While we are based in Newton Kris, Scotland, roughly half our current clients are elsewhere in the UK or in Europe. We deliver in person where feasible and run virtual cohorts with the same methodology. Travel costs are quoted separately for on-site work outside Scotland.
Standard courses teach models and hope participants apply them. We identify three to five target behaviours before the programme starts, then track whether those behaviours change over weeks. Participants have peer-challenge partners, fortnightly micro-sessions, and a shared dashboard. The result is observable, measurable change — not just a binder on a shelf.
We use a combination of pre- and post-360 surveys, stakeholder interviews, and self-reported habit tracking. The 360 questions are custom-written around the target behaviours, so they capture exactly the shifts we set out to create. We share a full comparison report at programme close.
Pricing depends on cohort size, programme duration, and whether delivery is in person or virtual. As a rough guide, the emerging leaders intensive for a cohort of twelve typically falls between £18,000 and £28,000. We provide a detailed proposal after the diagnostic phase so you know exactly what you are paying for.
